Iano Fazio is a brazilian actor, musician, composer, and writer whose multidisciplinary career spans theatre, music, and performance. He has shared the stage with major Brazilian artists and bands including O Rappa, Pitty, and Nação Zumbi. He is the founder of ETNO, an award-winning band recognized at national and international music festivals, including Indie Week in Toronto, Canada, and FINCA, the University of Brasília’s music festival. He is also a member of Agrupação Teatral Amacaca (ATA), an influential performing arts collective from Brasília that carries forward the artistic legacy of renowned Brazilian theatre director Hugo Rodas. Iano has released three original albums and has toured extensively throughout Brazil and internationally, performing both as a musician and as an actor in theatrical productions. Drawing from his experience across music, theatre, and movement, he also developed a stage performance course for musicians, incorporating techniques from acting and dance to help performers develop their presence and expressiveness on stage. He graduated from the Brasília School of Music and holds a degree in History from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Performing Arts, while preparing to launch a new artistic project that brings together his diverse creative practices. With a career rooted in music, theatre, and interdisciplinary performance, Iano brings a distinctive combination of artistic versatility, stage experience, and academic training to his work.
