Meghan Colovos

Meghan Colovos (January 20, 2004) is an Award-Winning Filmmaker, Screenwriter, and Production Designer. Most known for her experimental poetry short film When The Rain Stopped and her narrative short film Μέλι (Honey). Meghan's work has screened in film festivals such as The Washington West Film Festival (2025 and 2026), the Los Angeles Film and Documentary Awards Film Festival (2026) where she received the Best Student Film Award for When The Rain Stopped, and REELPoetry Film Festival in Houston, Texas (2026), among others. Meghan's work is known for being stylized, heartwarming, relatable, nostalgic, and visually appealing. Meghan graduated from George Mason University in 2026 with a B.A. in Film and Video Studies, with a concentration in Directing, and a minor in English.
