Dani Crayne worked as a sales girl, forklift operator and optometrist's assistant before getting into movies. She was teaching Mambo dancing in Hollywood when a talent scout discovered her. Dani did films for Warner Bros. She played 'Helen of Troy' in "The Story of Mankind" (1957) and also appeared in "Shootout at Medicine Bend" that same year. Dani married 4 times. One of her husbands was David Janssen of the 1960s television series "The Fugitive."
