Arnulf Schröder was born on June 13, 1903 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. He was an actor and director, known for Oh, diese Bayern! Balding character actor, dancer and stage director. Co-founder of the Berlin cabaret 'Die Katakombe' in 1929. Artistic director of the Bavarian State Theater from 1942 and founder/director of the state acting school. During the first half of the 1950's, active in Turkey as professor in charge of acting training at the Ankara conservatory.
