His cultural history of Bigfoot, Evergreen Ape, is available from Microcosm Publishing. His novel, The Golden Basement, is available on Amazon. Most recently David co-directed, co-wrote, co-edited, and co-produced the feature film Fantasy A Gets a Mattress.
