Kylechandler Bigay is a filmmaker from Laguna, Philippines, and a graduate of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, specializing in screenwriting. He has received recognition for his work, including Best Production Design at the 10th Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition for Public Enemy Number One and CineBedista 2023 for Bata, Bata Ka Lang. His films Blooming Love and Papa Xerox have been selected for several film festivals, with Papa Xerox named among Rolling Stone Philippines’ Best Filipino Short Films of 2025. In 2025, he was also selected as a Filipino delegate for Platform BUSAN.
