Liang Fang holds a Master of Arts in Film Production from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. He was selected for the 54th Taipei Golden Horse Awards in 2018. His first documentary feature film "Factory Boy" won the Human Rights Concern Award at the Global Chinese Competition of the Southern Film Festival in Taiwan
