Duncan McDowall is a Canadian filmmaker, writer and director whose work spans documentary, fiction and branded media. He began his career writing for documentary television, including How It’s Made, and later directed award-winning short films such as Whalebone, Brief Candle and I, 22. His work has appeared at film festivals, in museum exhibitions and in university curricula.
