Angel Pajares is the director of www.residenciaotronorte.com, a residency for cinematic experimentation located amidst the sea, the countryside, and the huacas (ancient archaeological sites) of northern Peru. He has curated programs of Peruvian and Latin American cinema for FIL Guadalajara, FIL Trujillo, and Residencia Otro Norte, as well as the traveling showcase Cinema Peruano Fora do Eixo (Peruvian Cinema Off-Axis), which toured Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. Todos os Muros que Pode a Pele (Peru, Brazil) is his first feature-length film.
