Paul J. Harkins is an American musician and actor best known for playing the high-school-aged drummer Billy Tettore in the 1987 rock drama film Light of Day. In the movie, he performed as the drummer for the fictional, blue-collar Rust Belt rock band The Barbusters, playing alongside real-life rock legend Joan Jett and co-star Michael J. Fox.
