René Mena was born in Sonsonate, El Salvador to parents Francisco & Rosa Mena. He is of Indigenous, Latinx and Middle Eastern descent. In 2011, René moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and has since appeared in the TV Shows "Magnum P.I.", "The Mayans MC", "Hand of God", "Border Battles", "Kidding", "Tales of Titans", "The Story of God", "Soundtrack", "Crime Stoppers" and "Shameless."
