Shan Xin (real name is Wang Youji) was born in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on January 1, 1989. She is a voice acting actress from Mainland China and the famous virtual singer Luo Tianyi. She is a core member of the TrioPen Studio (北斗企鹅工作室) and Drama Times (声创联盟). Her name is derived from Kappei Yamaguchi (Japanese: 山口勝平) and Kudo Shinichi (Japanese: 工藤新一).
