Johannes 'Johan' Kaart Jr. (1897-1976) was a Dutch actor. He started performing on stage at age 16. Together with Fien de la Mar and Jan van Ees he founded the 'Nieuwe Tooneel' theatre company in 1932. Because of his natural comedic timing, his first on-screen performance in 'De Jantjes' (released abroad as 'The Tars') made him a fan favourite and launched his succesful cinematic career.
