Jonathan Felix Ashmore is a British physicist and Professor of Biophysics at University College London. He was born on the 16th April 1948 to actors Peter Ashmore and Rosalie Crutchley in London. Aged seven, Ashmore played Joe in the 1955 film "A Kid for Two Farthings", adapted from the novel by Wolf Mankowitz.
