Chicago Blues Reunion: Buried Alive in the Blues 2005

Directed by Brad Furman

Re-creating the sound they triumphantly defined in the 1960s, several Chicago blues legends gather for this hot 2004 performance. Heavy hitters Barry Goldberg, Harvey Mandel, Nick Gravenites, Tracy Nelson, Sam Lay and Corky Siegel are shown jamming here, while other luminaries reflect on the era in interviews. The reminiscences come from B.B. King, Steve Miller, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana and others.
