O Ah! Das Coisas – “Nos Quartos das Freiras Não Há Espelhos” 7 de abril

Directed by Rita Azevedo Gomes

A shadow-puppet performance projected onto a white wall, evoking a cave. The shadows cast by the director’s hands recall an early scene in *FRÁGIL COMO O MUNDO*, offering an interpretation of a fragment of verse by Adília Lopes: “In the rooms / of the nuns / there are no mirrors / In the churches / there are no mirrors / Mirrors are the Devil.”
