Coming Home for Christmas 2026

Directed by Diane Eskenazi

After losing her job and escaping an abusive relationship, a young woman's fast-paced New York life comes to a sudden halt. A surprise inheritance pulls her out of the city and into rural Pennsylvania, where she inherits a crumbling farmhouse from a father she barely knew. Out of her element in a close-knit Amish community, she experiences a true fish-out-of-water journey, learning the love of a community and how to enjoy a simpler way of life. Along the way, she forms an unexpected romance with a kind local farmer, discovering that love, connection, and joy can thrive in the most unexpected places. Coming Home for Christmas is an inspirational heartwarming story of self-discovery, and finding joy in the simple life, blending humor, romance, and the timeless magic of the holiday season.
