The Mime of Marcel Marceau 1972

Directed by Daniel Camus

Scenes from various classes conducted by Marcel Marceau and the teachers of his school are intercut with actual performances including “The Maskmaker”, “The Painter” and “The Creation”. Looks at the work of Marcel Marceau, both private and public. It is in the private domain that we see the “other” side of him - that is to say, his everyday reality of teaching mime.
