The Depot

When hope takes root, a community rises.

Directed by Javarice Moody

Set in early twentieth-century Enterprise, Alabama, The Depot follows a community facing an uncertain future as the boll weevil devastates its cotton crops. Against a backdrop of racial division and economic hardship, residents must confront old prejudices and embrace new possibilities. Inspired by the region’s agricultural transformation from cotton to peanuts, this historical drama explores resilience, hope, and the power of people coming together to rebuild.
