Le strade di Genova 2002

Directed by Davide Ferrario

Davide Ferrario reconstructs the clashes that took place during the G8 summit in July 2001. Through an analysis of footage shot in the streets and squares, the documentary retraces the sequence of events and the dynamics of the violence, assigning cinema a role as a form of testimony and counter-information.
