A young man is rushed into the clinic at full speed and with a siren blaring. Diagnosis: Perfectly healthy. Because after the nurse's briefest manual intervention (naturally, on his penis), the circulatory-challenged young man becomes active. His aunt, just moments ago sobbing, enthusiastically lets herself be impregnated. The staff join in the fun: a lesbian orgy is underway on the women's ward and in general.
