On a bleak winter night, a rideshare driver picks up a stranded teen during curfew. As a creeping suspicion takes hold that he may be responsible for a string of local killings---and might be capable of it again before the night is through---the teen flees into the icy woods to prevent further harm, only to come face to face with something vast, alien, and beyond human understanding.
