Lucero returns to her village after many years to fulfill the responsibility of organizing the Llacuas Huàchac village festival. Lucero's presence will completely change the structure of the festivities due to the modernist influence she brings. She will give a different slant to the customs and traditions, sowing conflict and contradictions within the community.
