A society where every person has someone else to watch over them. A world threatened by environmental degradation. A boy held captive in his own life. A resistance that fights violently for freedom. In the year 2021, a mysterious communication arrives at the Resistance Command Center - an organization that fights, with everything it has, against a repressive environmentalist dictatorship that has assigned a human watchman to every person in the world. The sender admits to being at risk and calls for help.
